About the Company

Blynk Homes is an interior design studio creating thoughtful, functional, and visually distinctive spaces. The studio works with clients and partners to deliver high-quality interior solutions and is expanding its lead-generation network through focused business development.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, businesses, and referral partners.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that can generate qualified interior design leads.
• Research target segments, maintain prospect information, and track outreach activities.
• Communicate the studio’s services clearly and build positive relationships with potential partners.
• Follow up consistently, qualify opportunities, and share relevant updates with the internal team.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with cold calling and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Interest in interior design, real estate, architecture, or lead generation is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a structured and target-oriented approach.
• Freshers and candidates from diverse backgrounds with a genuine interest in business development are welcome to apply.

This is a 3-month remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to outbound business development, partnership building, and lead generation for an interior design studio.
