Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Reach out to prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Explain TechBairn's courses, workshops, internships, and certification programmes.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable learning paths.
• Follow up with interested students and answer their queries.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and enrolment targets.
• Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a positive enrolment experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with students over calls and messages.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
