Job Profile

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who can communicate well with the Business Development Team. You will learn and gain a good level of skills while doing your course of action.

A Business Development Internship involves some responsibilities. As its name suggests, the business developer is in charge of increasing his company’s sales. To do so, he can use various channels and spend a significant part of his time prospecting. His objective is to secure new contracts with existing clients or convince new clients. To be successful in this role you need to be highly efficient in communicating with the potential customers from the starting to the closure of any deal and have to maintain a good relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and conversion
• Customer outreach and support
• Have to do 50-60 calls per day
• Assisting sales of products and services
• Documenting minutes of meetings, calls, and conversations
• Attending regular team meetings to share progress
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

 

Qualifications

• UG/PG degree in the required field.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A strong commercial character
