About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer segments.
2. Assist in developing business plans and growth strategies for new initiatives.
3. Support the development of ancillary services, such as curated tours, food services, concierge services, travel partnerships, and guest experience products.
4. Research and develop hospitality categories, including medical tourism, corporate stays, accommodations for film and OTT shoots, wedding and event stays, educational institutions, and sports team accommodations.
5. Identify partnership opportunities and assist with stakeholder outreach.
6. Create presentations, business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing plans.
7. Support digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute business development projects.
9. Present research findings, ideas, and recommendations to the Founder and CEO.

Business Development Effective Communication Hospitality Interpersonal skills

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Knowledge of and experience in hotel management.

2. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

3. Interest in the history and heritage of Delhi.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
