About the job

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive to call solar installers, give live software demos and convert trial users into paying customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Call solar installers and EPC companies from our leads (IndiaMART, ads and our database) and explain how PitchSun helps them win more projects.
2. Book and give live online demos of PitchSun in Hindi and English.
3. Help free-trial users get started and convert them to paid plans.
4. Follow up by phone and WhatsApp, and keep lead status and call notes updated in our CRM.
5. Share customer feedback and objections with the product team.
6. Work towards weekly targets for calls, demos and paid sign-ups.

Pay: Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month fixed, plus 5% commission on every sale you close, with no upper limit.
