About the job

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and generate revenue for our IT and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, channel partners, and networking.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
3. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT, networking, cybersecurity, NAC, AAA, Wi-Fi, and related solutions.
4. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demos, and requirement discussions.
5. Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, POC, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
6. Prepare and share commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
7. Follow up on leads, opportunities, quotations, POCs, and purchase orders.
8. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
9. Negotiate commercials and coordinate with internal teams for order closure.
10. Follow up with customers for payments and collections.
11. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, AMC, licenses, and additional solutions.
12. Develop business through existing accounts as well as new customers.
13. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, partner meets, and industry events.
14. Track market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
15. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
