Key responsibilities:
1. Call prospective customers and explain health insurance plans.
2. Generate leads and convert them into customers.
3. Follow up with interested clients and maintain records.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. have minimum 1 years of experience
1. Prior experience in tele-sales, business development, or insurance sales is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Strong customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
4. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
5. Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving business targets.
6. Previous experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
7. Knowledge of shrinkage and attrition management would be beneficial.
8. Basic Computer Knowledge.
