About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and manage end-to-end partner acquisition pipeline: lead gen, screening, background check, documentation, activation.2. Develop sourcing channels: local communities, referral programs, placement agencies, WhatsApp groups.
3. Set and deliver supply targets per hub.
4. Own partner documentation and KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, bank linkage, agreement signing.
5. Build the referral engine for partner sourcing.
6. Track and optimize the supply funnel: leads, screening conversion, training pass rate.
7. Pre-seed supply for new hub launches 2-3 weeks before go-live.
