About the job

We're Neo Concepts, a company specialising in premium printing and packaging. From premium boxes and packaging for cosmetics and food brands to brochures, coffee table books and printing solutions for the real estate industry, we help businesses present their brands better. So, what will you be doing? Your role is simple: find potential clients, connect with the right people, and help us start new business conversations.

1. Use Google Search, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, online trade directories, company websites and AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to identify businesses that may need our printing and packaging solutions.
2. Find the relevant decision-makers within these companies, obtain their professional contact details, call the companies to reach the right person, and establish contact with the people responsible for purchasing or sourcing.
3. Organise the information you collect in MS Excel or Google Sheets, keeping contact details accurate and records up to date.
4. Send professional introductory emails and our company presentation to potential clients.
5. Speak confidently with prospective clients, introduce our offerings, follow up on emails and calls, and explore opportunities to arrange meetings with our team.
6. Maintain records of calls, emails, responses and follow-ups so that no promising lead gets missed.

No fancy titles or complicated jargon, we're looking for someone curious, resourceful and comfortable communicating with people. If you enjoy researching, connecting with people and getting things moving, this role could be a good fit for you.
