Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
* Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
* Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and deliveries.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain basic records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales activities.
