About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Visit manufacturing MSME units across the assigned district using company-provided data.
2. Contact business owners and factory representatives to explain the ZED Certification process and its benefits.
3. Identify interested businesses and generate qualified leads.
4. Assist MSMEs with ZED registration, application forms, and required documentation.
5. Provide basic technical guidance on using the relevant ZED portal or application.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants until the application process is completed.
7. Verify and update lead details, field visits, and certification status in the company CRM or reporting system.
8. Achieve the assigned target of 35 verified successful ZED Certifications within 26 working days.
9. Submit daily field visit reports and weekly performance updates to the reporting manager.
10. Maintain professional relationships with MSME owners and ensure accurate, transparent communication.
11. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve application-related queries and documentation issues.
12. Follow company policies, protect business data, and comply with applicable ZED scheme guidelines.

Other requirements

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (+2).

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in field visits, field sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a similar role.

3. Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Comfortable conducting daily field visits to manufacturing MSME units.

5. Basic technical knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, online forms, and digital tools.

6. Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and factory managers.

7. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

8. Willingness to travel within the assigned district.

9. Basic knowledge of MSMEs, manufacturing businesses, or government schemes is preferred.

10. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and digital reporting is an advantage.

11. A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are preferred for field travel.

12. Must be willing to maintain accurate records and submit daily and weekly reports.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 /year
