About the job

MAVR is looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our customer base by identifying potential clients, starting conversations, understanding their needs, presenting MAVR's solutions and converting qualified prospects into onboarded customers.
This is a revenue-focused role. You will own opportunities from initial prospecting through follow-up, conversion and onboarding.
What you will do
Identify and generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and other relevant channels.
Research and build lists of potential customers aligned with MAVR's target market.
Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
Qualify leads based on their needs, business potential and fit with MAVR.
Conduct product introductions, sales conversations and demonstrations with prospective customers.
Clearly communicate how MAVR can solve relevant problems for trainers, gyms and other customers within the fitness ecosystem.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with qualified prospects until a clear outcome is reached.
Handle common questions, objections and commercial discussions during the sales process.
Convert qualified opportunities into paying or onboarded customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, pipeline stages and outcomes.
Share market feedback, customer objections and recurring requirements with the product and leadership teams.
Work toward agreed lead generation, conversion, onboarding and revenue targets.
What we are looking for
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with outbound sales, prospecting and cold outreach.
Ability to understand a customer's problem before presenting a solution.
Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of opportunities.
Confidence in conducting sales calls and product demonstrations.
Basic understanding of CRM or sales pipeline management.
Ability to negotiate and move opportunities toward closure.
Self-driven and comfortable working against measurable business targets.
Experience selling SaaS, technology products, fitness services or B2B solutions is an advantage, but strong sales ability and ownership are more important.
How success will be measured
Success in this role is not based only on activity. We will look at the quality of leads generated, qualified opportunities created, meetings conducted, conversions achieved, customers successfully onboarded and revenue generated.
The goal is simple: find the right prospects, build the relationship, demonstrate the value of MAVR and turn qualified opportunities into real customers.
