About the job

What your day will look like!

1. Respond to inbound enquiries from brands that have reached out through our website, WhatsApp, calls, and campaigns
2. Have discovery conversations to understand each brand's business, audience, and communication goals
3. Give live product demos of WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, and our other solutions
4. Recommend the right solution and plan based on what the client actually needs, not what's easiest to sell
5. Explain features, pricing, and onboarding steps in simple, jargon-free language
Coordinate with our tech and onboarding teams to make sure clients get set up smoothly
6. Follow up with interested brands, answer their questions, and help them decide at their own pace
7. Stay in touch with existing clients to understand how they're using the platform and where we can help more
8. Keep client conversations, requirements, and next steps organised in our CRM
