About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact new incoming leads immediately to understand their business requirements
2. Clearly explain our services, packages, pricing, and offerings to prospective clients
3. Follow up with leads consistently through calls and WhatsApp, following the defined sales SOP
4. Convert qualified leads into clients and maintain accurate records of all lead interactions
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover once a client is onboarded

1. Graduates in any discipline

2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (IT services/digital agency experience preferred)

3. Excellent spoken communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus

4. Comfortable with high-volume calling and WhatsApp-based follow-ups

5. Target-driven, self-motivated, and quick to respond to new leads
