About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients, leads, and business opportunities through online and offline channels.
2. Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
3. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Follow up with leads, conduct regular communication, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
6. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations as required.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
9. Track sales targets and contribute towards achieving monthly/quarterly business goals.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
11. Participate in networking, client meetings, and business development activities.
Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
