Key responsibilities:

A. Sales & Revenue Achievement
1. Respond promptly to new leads, qualify prospects, present suitable solutions, and convert them into customers through the approved sales process.
2. Negotiate and close sales, ensure smooth project handover, and maintain accurate CRM records while adhering to company policies.

B. Sales Process, CRM & Policy Compliance
1. Manage the complete sales process using Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings, including scheduling meetings, updating customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
2. Follow CRM blueprints, workflows, and company policies while using only approved communication channels and systems.

C. Customer Relationship & Sales Team Management
1. Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensure smooth project handover, and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
2. Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team through regular performance reviews and ensure target achievement and policy compliance.

5. Strong understanding of client requirements and sales follow-up.
