Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales and counseling:
1. Connect with prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
2. Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable IIDE programs.
3. Explain course features, curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structures.
4. Handle objections effectively and guide prospects throughout the enrollment journey. Build strong relationships with leads and follow up regularly.
5. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

B. Lead management:
1. Manage and update lead information accurately in the CRM.
2. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
3. Deliver an excellent admission experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
4. Maintain high conversion rates through consistent follow-ups and effective communication

5. Good understanding of industry hiring trends, employability skills, and recruitment processes.

6. Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or mock interviews.

7. Ability to manage a high volume of learners while ensuring structured follow-ups.

8. Experience in EdTech, HR consulting, or career services is preferred.

9. Certifications in career counseling, soft skills training, or human resources are an added advantage.
