Job Title: Business Development Executive - International Sales
Company: Pericles Ventures Private Limited
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in sales, international calling, lead generation, or B2B sales. The candidate will connect with potential clients in the UK and USA to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make international calls and generate leads from UK/USA markets.
2. Identify potential B2B clients and develop business opportunities.
3. Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client relationships.
4. Handle client queries, objections, and sales negotiations.
5. Prepare business proposals and maintain lead databases.
6. Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Compensation:

1. Fixed salary + performance-based incentives and target-based bonuses.
2. Note: Candidates must be comfortable with the night shift and working from the office in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.

1. 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales or calling experience.

2. Good English communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

6. Proposal writing and presentation skills.
