About the Role

Thixpro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, promoting our IT services, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Promote company services, including website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
• Maintain client information and update lead records in the company database.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
• Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn about IT services and achieve business targets.
