About the Role
Thixpro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, promoting our IT services, and developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote company services, including website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
Maintain client information and update lead records in the company database.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
Willingness to learn about IT services and achieve business targets.

Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
