About the job

Role Objective: To work closely in the Operations, and Business Development in getting new leads. This is a role where you would get to interact with top MNCs executives, and hence control over English language is crucial.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting office tour to execute the sales strategy and maintain high occupancy rate in the coworking office.
2. Developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its office space facilities.
3. Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
4. Speaking to teams/HR in person or in follow-up calls.
5. Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business.
6. Doing invoicing on a monthly basis for all the clients based on the headcount.
7. Liaising and working closely with other members of the management team to identify marketing priorities and upload digital marketing content on various platforms.
8. Liaising with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance.
9. Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and the site operations team support.
10. Administer the billing, and invoicing on the monthly basis.
