Business Development Executive
Location: Mulund Mumbai

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate, develop and convert B2B business opportunities by connecting with business owners, founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers. The role involves B2B lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, warm lead follow-up, book sales, appointment generation and conversion for BROC's business books, coaching, consulting and other business solutions. This is a target-driven sales role requiring strong communication, consistent follow-up, objection handling and comfort with outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases and other channels.
2. Connect with founders, promoters, business owners, CXOs, doctors and senior professionals.
3. Conduct cold calls and warm lead follow-ups through phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
4. Introduce and sell BROC's business books The Business Framework and Business Alchemy.
5. Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities for Coaching, Consulting, Training and Advisory Services.
6. Qualify prospects, handle basic objections and schedule meetings with Business Coaches/Consultants.
7. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales and qualified appointments.
8. Maintain CRM records and track leads, follow-ups, meetings, sales and conversions.
9. Conduct basic prospect/company research and identify relevant networking opportunities.
10. Achieve defined calling, lead generation, book sales, appointment and conversion targets.

Other requirements

0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales or Client Acquisition.

Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Proven experience in converting prospects into sales, not only generating leads or fixing appointments.

Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per working day.

Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales numbers.

CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience will be an advantage.
