Role & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients across verticals via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and meet weekly activity & conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand client reach and build brand presence.
Deliver weekly performance reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
