Key Responsibilities:

1. Build your market: Identify potential colleges and universities and develop institutional sales opportunities in your assigned territory.
2. Connect & engage: Reach principals, deans, HODs, placement officers, and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
3. Present & demonstrate: Conduct presentations and engaging demonstrations of Upskillize programs for college management, faculty, and students.
4. Drive partnerships: Develop proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved guidelines, and convert opportunities into partnerships.
5. Build relationships: Strengthen long-term relationships with institutions and support student participation in industry-oriented learning programs.
6. Own your growth: Manage your sales pipeline, achieve targets, and contribute to expanding Upskillize's presence in your territory.

A. Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

3. Comfortable with phone outreach, email communication, and face-to-face meetings.

4. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (approximately 50% fieldwork).

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.

6. Basic proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.

B. Desired qualifications:

1. 0–3 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, EdTech, B2B sales, or customer relationship management.

2. Experience engaging with college management, universities, or educational institutions.

3. Interest in AI, technology, education, and skill development.

4. Familiarity with lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales presentations.

5. Knowledge of English and the relevant regional language is an advantage.

6. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 2,40,000 /year
