About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through cold calling and provided data sources
2. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide consultations
3. Convert leads into sales and handle negotiations, pricing, and invoicing
4. Build long-term client relationships to support renewals and upselling
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
6. Update lead statuses in CRM/Excel and prepare performance reports
7. Monitor compliance trends, certifications, and business regulations
8. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and support marketing events
