About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle and convert existing leads received through Justdial.
2. Generate new leads through Justdial, Google, LinkedIn, online platforms and other sources.
3. Make outbound calls and reach out to potential clients for residential and commercial interior projects.
4. Manage client communication through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
5. Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into meetings, site visits and confirmed projects.
6. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
7. Send professional emails, proposals and quotations in coordination with the team.
8. Maintain lead databases, client records and daily follow-up reports.
9. Coordinate with the design and execution teams for client requirements and site visits.
10. Achieve monthly lead generation and client conversion targets.

Other requirements

Experience in sales, lead generation, telecalling or business development preferred.

Must have knowledge of Justdial and online lead generation.

Excellent communication, convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of email writing, MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Experience in interior design, construction or real estate will be an added advantage.

Ability to independently identify potential clients and convert leads into business.
