Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
2. Research potential clients, industries, and markets to identify suitable prospects.
3. Generate leads through online research, professional networks, and relevant platforms.
4. Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce the company's products or services.
5. Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
6. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
7. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
8. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to move opportunities forward.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
10. Track sales opportunities and provide regular updates on the status of prospective deals.
11. Conduct competitor and market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
12. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of client requirements.
13. Negotiate with prospective clients and assist in finalizing mutually beneficial business agreements.
14. Analyze business development activities and suggest improvements to lead generation and client conversion.
15. Take ownership of assigned business development targets and proactively contribute to the company's growth.
