Margo Digitech is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to generate B2B leads, connect with potential clients, and support the sales team in converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential target companies, industries, and key decision-makers globally, with proficiency in using tools like Sales Navigator, etc.
2. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects aligned with TransCurators' services.
3. Track industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in digital marketing and AI.
4. Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, calls & others.
5. Craft personalized outreach messages and value propositions.
6. Generate interest and nurture early-stage conversations with prospects.
7. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined frameworks.
8. Train and guide junior SDRs for daily outreach and performance.
9. Book and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales and accounts team.
10. Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking.
11. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting and messaging.
12. Continuously test and improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
13. Contribute ideas to improve growth processes and sales playbooks.

Other requirements

Minimum 6 months (also consider experienced candidates) of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation.

Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or CRM tools.

Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, AI, or similar B2B industries is a plus.
