About the job

Role overview: Responsible for driving sales and generating revenue across Indiewood OTT, Indie Film School, and Indiewood Originals by converting company-provided leads into paying clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Indiewood OTT - Film acquisitions:
1. Contact filmmakers, producers, and production houses to pitch film submission, acquisition, and distribution opportunities.
2. Follow up with leads and coordinate the film acquisition process.

B. Indie Film School - Package sales:
1. Call prospective students and aspiring filmmakers to sell courses, workshops, and training packages.
2. Convert enquiries into paid registrations and enrolments.

C. Indiewood Originals - Brand sponsorships:
1. Contact brands and companies to pitch sponsorship packages for films, productions, and events.
2. Follow up on proposals, negotiate within approved limits, and close sponsorship deals.

D. Lead management & sales:
1. Make outbound calls using company-provided leads.
2. Maintain lead records, follow up with prospects, and track conversions.
3. Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

Required skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. Experience in sales, media, or entertainment is an advantage.

Performance metrics: Revenue generated, deals closed, paid enrolments, film acquisition leads converted, and sponsorships secured.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, as mutually agreed.

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 50,000 /year
