Key responsibilities:

Job description
Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, transportation, 3PL and Freight services
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, client visits, and networking
Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their logistics requirements
Prepare business proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth onboarding of new customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
Support contract negotiations and closure of business deals
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
0 - 2 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales
Strong understanding of warehousing and transportation operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to generate and convert leads independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
