About the job

Key responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach and professional networking.
Assist in preparing customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
Support the business development team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Coordinate with internal/technical teams to align client requirements with proposed solutions.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an updated business development pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and client interactions in the CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity and industry best practices

Email Marketing English Proficiency (Written) LinkedIn Marketing MS-Excel Social Media Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

●Prior internship experience in marketing or business development is an added advantage.

●Exposure to CRM tools or lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork) is a plus.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 50,000 /year
