About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into paid enrollments.
2. Conduct consultation and strategy calls with prospective clients.
3. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
4. Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
5. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on EMI payments.
6. Maintain and update the CRM system daily and track lead status from inquiry to enrollment.
7. Prioritize and manage hot, warm, and cold leads while re-engaging inactive leads through nurturing campaigns.
8. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
9. Generate B2B opportunities with corporate organizations, educational institutions, and other business partners.
10. Build referral networks with professionals, including chartered accountants, HR consultants, doctors, trainers, insurance advisors, and entrepreneurs.
11. Explore new customer acquisition channels to support business growth.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
13. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with the student success and community team.
14. Encourage referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients.
15. Drive registrations for boot camps, webinars, and live events, and follow up with participants before and after each event.
16. Convert event attendees into premium program enrollments.
17. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize event participation and campaign effectiveness.
18. Monitor competitors' offerings, pricing, and coaching industry trends.
19. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and business offerings.
20. Prepare daily sales reports and track key performance indicators, including leads generated, calls made, follow-ups completed, consultations booked, sales closed, revenue generated, and conversion rates.
21. Present weekly sales performance reports and progress updates.
