Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for Spadrix's B2B SaaS products, qualifying leads and understanding client requirements.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct live product demonstrations and presentations for prospective business clients.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial pitch and handling objections to closing deals and ensuring final conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and long-term usage of our software solutions.
B2B Sales Business Development Client Relationship Management (CRM) Inside Sales Lead Generation Sales Sales Management
Earn certifications in these skills
Candidates with prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, software product demos, and client conversion preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume calling and closing deals.
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,002 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,00,001 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,00,001 /year
