About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain referral partnerships with orthopedic, neurology, rheumatology, geriatric, pain management, IVF, and other relevant specialists, along with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across Jaipur.
2. Generate qualified patient referrals for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and allied healthcare services.
3. Identify, approach, and develop new strategic healthcare partnerships and referral opportunities.
4. Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to build and strengthen professional relationships.
5. Understand the clinical needs of referral partners and effectively communicate Physio+'s services, capabilities, and patient-care approach.
6. Develop and maintain a strong healthcare referral network across Jaipur.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential referral channels.
8. Represent Physio+ at medical conferences, healthcare networking events, professional meetings, and promotional activities.
9. Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and patient onboarding experience.
10. Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, referrals, follow-ups, and partnership activities.
11. Update and manage CRM systems and submit regular activity and performance reports.
12. Track referral performance and continuously identify ways to improve doctor engagement and patient acquisition.

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, life sciences, physiotherapy, pharmacy, or a related field.

2. 0–1 year of experience in healthcare business development, doctor engagement, hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, healthcare partnerships, or a related field.

3. A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and doctor referral networks is an advantage.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

5. Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals.

6. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

7. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and networking skills.

8. Basic proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

9. Candidates with an existing network of doctors or healthcare professionals in Jaipur will be preferred.
