About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to prospective candidates through calls, emails, referrals, and professional networking platforms.
2. Present and explain the company's services, placement process, enrollment structure, and overall value proposition.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the engagement journey.
4. Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
5. Coordinate the collection of enrollment fees/payments in accordance with company policies.
6. Monitor candidate progress and maintain regular follow-ups until successful placement or joining.
7. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, onboarding activities, payments, and revenue contributions.
8. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Other requirements

1. 0–4 years of experience in US IT staffing, business development, recruitment, or B2B sales.

2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

3. Comfortable communicating with US clients, recruiters, and candidates.

4. Strong cold-calling, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Ability to understand IT job descriptions and candidate profiles.

6. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

7. Good knowledge of email, LinkedIn, CRM, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

8. Willingness to work in the US time zone/night shift.
