About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and research potential leads through online platforms and freelancing portals.
2. Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and online communication, and follow up regularly.
3. Understand client requirements, assist in preparing proposals, schedule meetings, and maintain lead records.
4. Support the business development team in client acquisition and sales activities.
5. Achieve assigned daily/weekly activity and lead-generation targets.

5. Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. will be an added advantage

6. Candidates comfortable with evening/night shifts are preferred

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,01,000 - 2,02,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /year
