About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
2. Client Acquisition: Connect with new clients and convert prospects into customers.
3. Cold Calling & Emailing: Contact potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
5. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Market Research: Research competitors, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
7. Product Knowledge: Understand the company's products or services and explain their benefits to clients.
8. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects to close deals.
9. Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, handle objections, and finalize business deals.
10. Reporting: Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, sales, and progress using CRM tools or Excel.
