About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and acquire new institutional and B2B clients across Coimbatore.
2. Prospect and connect with HR Heads, Business Heads, Management, Administration and other key decision-makers.
3. Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate, institutional and organisational prospects.
4. Conduct 2-3 institutional/client meetings daily to present Goldify's solutions and explore partnership opportunities.
5. Understand organisational requirements and develop relevant institutional partnership proposals.
6. Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualification and presentation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.
7. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
8. Generate new opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, networking, market visits and industry connections.
9. Identify opportunities to expand existing institutional accounts and strengthen client engagement.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth institutional onboarding and partner engagement.
11. Track sales activities, follow-ups and pipeline progress while consistently working towards institutional sales targets.
12. Identify new institutional segments and share market insights to support business growth.
