About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals and requirements.
2. Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, online inquiries, and other channels.
3. Explain suitable courses, colleges, universities, and educational programs to prospective students.
4. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
5. Counsel students and parents, addressing their queries and providing relevant information.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
7. Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and customer interactions in the CRM.
8. Build positive relationships with students and parents to improve conversions and referrals.
9. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application and enrollment processes.

Counseling English Proficiency (Spoken) Negotiation Sales

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or business development are preferred.

2. Experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, or student enrolment will be an added advantage.

3. Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle student and parent inquiries, follow up consistently, and convert leads into admissions.

5. Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales and admission targets.

6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.

7. Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

8. Candidates willing to work full-time from the office in Wakad, Pune.

9. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
