**RS Institutional Services (RSIS)** is seeking independent Business Development Executives and Marketing Partners worldwide to identify potential clients and develop long-term business relationships.

**About RSIS**

We provide Back Office Outsourcing Services in four key areas:

1. Educational Institution Administration (School/College/University)
2. HR & Payroll Management
3. Accounts & Bookkeeping
4. Office / Corporate Administration

**Responsibilities**

* Identify and approach potential clients worldwide.
* Introduce RSIS services and generate qualified business leads.
* Develop professional relationships with institutions, businesses and consultants.
* Coordinate with RSIS for proposals and client onboarding.
* Maintain professional communication with referred clients.

**Compensation & Benefits**

* 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
* 10% recurring commission on eligible service fees actually received from referred clients, excluding applicable taxes and refunds.
* Commission continues while referred clients remain paying RSIS customers, including after inactivity or contract termination, subject to the written agreement.
* No fixed salary or guaranteed earnings.
* Worldwide remote work with flexible working hours.

**Requirements**

* Good communication and networking skills.
* Ability to identify potential business clients.
* Professional and ethical approach.
* Prior marketing or business development experience preferred but not mandatory.
* Freelancers, consultants, accountants and referral professionals are welcome.
