About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, connect with, and build relationships with school principals and directors, college deans, university chancellors and parents to introduce our offerings and explore collaboration opportunities via cold calls, emails and messages.
2. Travel to schools and colleges for in-person meetings, orientations, and events to represent the organization and drive institutional buy-in.
3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts are well-supported and follow-ups are executed smoothly.
4. Track outreach activities, gather feedback from institutions/parents, and share insights with the team to refine strategy.

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for education, business, or communications backgrounds, but not mandatory).

Prior experience in the education sector (EdTech, schools, colleges, or related institutions).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders (principals, deans) as well as parents.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Maharashtra and India.

Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for new partnership models and initiatives.

Self-starter with good organisational and follow-up skills.
