About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities in the USA/Europe market.
2. Identify potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channel requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
5. Convert leads and enquiries into business opportunities.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
7. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, prospects, and conversions.
9. Research international market trends and identify new business opportunities.
10. Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Other requirements

0–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, or related fields.

Knowledge or experience of the USA/Europe market will be an advantage.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong interest in sales, cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and customer acquisition.

Good communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
