About the job

As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them in choosing the most suitable training programs and certification courses. You will be responsible for counselling students, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and assisting them throughout the enrolment process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
2. Counsel students about our training programs, internships, certification courses, and career opportunities.
3. Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable program.
4. Explain course curriculum, training process, certifications, fees, and career benefits.
5. Follow up with interested students and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
6. Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and provide excellent pre-enrollment support.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and daily activities using MS Excel.
9. Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
10. Participate in webinars, online counselling sessions, career guidance events, and promotional activities when required.
11. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and our training programs to effectively guide students.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Candidates comfortable with outbound calling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn follow-ups.

Strong English and Hindi communication skills preferred.

Candidates interested in education, career counselling, and student engagement will be preferred.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, Student Admissions, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

Strong interest in education, career counseling, and helping students choose the right training programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training or certification programs.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and online communication tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective students.
