Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with customers through company-generated leads
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart-home products
* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
* Build strong customer relationships
* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Upsell premium products and add-ons
* Generate additional sales through battery & warranty products
* Maintain proper customer follow-ups and sales records
