About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Make professional calls to fresh leads and introduce the company and its products.
2. Understand customer requirements, budget, quantity, and expected timelines.
3. Ask relevant questions to identify genuine buying intent and qualify leads.
4. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available customization options.
5. Share quotations, brochures, product videos, or demonstrations when required.
6. Respond confidently to customer questions and handle objections related to price, quality, delivery, and competition.
7. Present suitable solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
8. Negotiate confidently while protecting company margins.
9. Create urgency and guide customers toward a purchase decision.
10. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested prospects.
11. Prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads for effective follow-up.
12. Follow up consistently until the deal is successfully closed.
13. Convert fresh enquiries into qualified opportunities and sales.
14. Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships.
15. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
16. Update every lead interaction and maintain accurate sales pipeline and closure records in the CRM or sales tracking system.

Probation:

2. Variable pay: ₹ 25,000 - 50,000 /year
