Role - Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant, who will be responsible for driving our outreach efforts, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating leads for the sales team. The individual will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
2. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
3. Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and qualify potential opportunities.
4. Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
5. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
6. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
7. Track daily and weekly performance metrics, including calls, meetings, and qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
5. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
6. Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
