About the job

Key responsibilities:
Handle all new inbound leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Make a minimum of 60 calls daily, including new leads, follow-ups, and cold calls.
Conduct targeted cold calling to generate new customers and additional revenue.
Understand customer requirements, garment type, design, quantity, budget, and delivery timeline.
Explain SilaiGo's services, pricing, process, and policies clearly to customers.
Follow up consistently with interested and unconverted leads.
Maintain and update the sales funnel for every lead.
Schedule and coordinate customer pickups with the operations team.
Ensure accurate collection of customer, garment, design, and order information.
Handle customer objections and negotiate appropriately within approved pricing.
Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing average order value.
Reactivate existing and past customers to generate repeat orders.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, pickups, conversions, and sales.
Achieve the assigned monthly sales target of 6 lakh.
Generate incremental business through cold calling and outbound sales.
Track lost leads and record the reason for non-conversion.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth customer handover after order confirmation.
Collect and communicate customer feedback, objections, and recurring requirements to management.
Maintain professional communication with customers across phone and WhatsApp.
