About the job

Experience handling Indian and/or international clients.
Strong knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition and business conversion.
Proven ability to qualify leads and convert them into genuine business opportunities.
Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Tamil and English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
Strong client-handling, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with business owners, CXOs, Directors, managers, and other decision-makers.
Basic awareness of technologies such as WordPress, ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, MySQL, MS SQL, Kotlin, Swift, Odoo, WooCommerce and Presta Shop is beneficial.
Awareness of AI, Cloud, IoT, Big Data and other emerging technologies is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of CRM and lead-generation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn or similar platforms is beneficial.
Strong ownership and accountability towards business development activities and results.
Willingness to work flexibly based on client requirements, business needs and different time zones, when required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
