About the job

PodHome designs and builds prefabricated homes, farmhouses, villas, A-Frame homes, and resort developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, advertising, and the website.
2. Understand customer requirements and project needs.
3. Explain relevant PodHome options based on customer requirements.
4. Prepare and send quotations using the established pricing system.
5. Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and move enquiries forward.
6. Qualify enquiries to identify serious and high-potential customers.
7. Hand over qualified customers to the Founder for detailed project discussions, customization, negotiation, and site visits.

Other requirements

1. Strong spoken Hindi and conversational English, and preference for multiple indian languages.

2. Clear written communication on WhatsApp and email.

3. Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone.

4. Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

5. Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems and basic online tools.

6. Ability to understand a product catalogue and explain products confidently.

7. Organized with follow-ups and customer records.

8. Able to distinguish between a casual enquiry and a serious potential customer.

9. Willingness to learn prefab construction and PodHome's product range.
