Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with HR, L&D, and business decision-makers.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Qualify prospects and understand their business and training requirements.
4. Schedule product demos and coordinate solution discussions.
5. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
7. Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
